Emergency Appointments
In case of an emergency during practice hours we will endeavour to see a patient in pain on the same day. Outside normal practice hours we are able to offer contact details for an emergency service or advice.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an appointment please give us 24 hours notice for a check up or 48 hours notice for treatment appointments. This is to allow us to offer the time to someone else as well as preventing inconvenience to our staff. We may charge for short cancellation or missed appointments.
